Ooooo so I’m very excited. I’ve been rehired as a freelancer this time, working for my old firm. I left there 9 years ago.  I really enjoyed that job so I’m super-excited to be working there again.  A bit nervous as lots of new software to learn but I can’t wait to get going. I start in just over 12 hours.

Well here I am. I’ve never written a blog before and actually not sure what to say.

Apparently here are ten tips to writing a blog.

1. Make your opinion known – my opinion is that I am fairly rubbish at writing a blog but I intend to get better.
2. Link like crazy – hell yeah.
3. Write less – yup
4. 250 Words is enough – deffo.
5. Make Headlines snappy – TICK
6. Write with passion – My kids are my passion so perhaps I’ll make this blog about them.
7. Include Bullet point lists – VOILA.
8. Edit your post – OK
9. Make your posts easy to scan – TICK
10. Be consistent with your style – I’ll try
11. Litter the post with keywords – Huh?
